Converted an existing topographically challenging, wooded site, that was formerly used for mining activity, into a multi-sport athletic campus
Designed athletic campus to incorporate terraced athletic fields, including new baseball, softball, and soccer facilities
Creatively used retaining walls to accommodate grade changes that also serve as the baseball and softball outfield boundaries
Designed retaining wall at the soccer field to also function as a rebounder wall
Preserved the existing wooded nature of the site as a park-like setting
Strategically field adjusted an integrated trail system, weaving throughout the athletic campus, to reduce tree removal
Planned pedestrian and vehicular access improvements
Preserved existing wetland system and subsurface artesian aquifer
