Wellness Campus at Sullivan Trail

Developed a site plan for a proposed medical arts campus with continuing care, assisted living units, and office facilities.
Provided solutions for stormwater management.
Incorporated a walking trail system throughout the campus with several gathering areas, walking trails, courtyard, garden, and gazebo overlooking a water feature.
Designed a naturalistic landscape with tree groupings for visual buffering, as well as, streetscapes, parking lots, and community thresholds.
